By Phone: Please call us at 877.654.7673 and we’ll charge send in-stock items right away.  Your card is credited for your return once it is received at our warehouse.

By Mail: Fill out the exchange portion of the packing slip and drop your package in the mail.

Returns

Carissa Rose is happy to accept returns for unused items in original condition within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and a completed return form (which accompanies your receipt).  Upon receipt of item(s), we will refund the full value of the item including taxes. Please note that shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable.

On the return form enclosed with your purchase, please record the reason for the return.  Place your receipt and the return in a secure package. Carissa Rose is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
